tonight we all went to the movies. i gave everyone tickets and treat money for Christmas. we decided to see Bedtime Stories. it was a fun, entertaining movie. i enjoy adam sandler, and it was nice to see him in a movie that was actually appropriate for children. bonus, for me, was that my favorite dean & deluca worker was co-starring. i loved the show felicity, so it was fun to see keri russell again. anyway, it was a fun night out on the town. mel and jonnie and their family sure know how to run a movie theatre...way to go girls! for those of you who don't live here, let me just say that for $7 the kids get into the movie, a bag of popcorn, some candies, and a drink. jealous? ya gotta love it.

Danelle...you are seriously the best Auntie around! What a great idea to give movie tickets and treats for Christmas!! I love the SJ Theater. You are right...Mel and Jonnie do a great job!
P.S. LOVE the calico carpet post! :) I totally remember that carpet! Lovin the carpeted kitchens...that's how my mom's was too!
I have thought about taking my kids to see this movie. Is it too mature for a 4 and 6 year old?
I am jealous of the deal you get at your theater. Aaron and I went to a movie last night and it was $22 just for the tickets! As Aaron pointed out, we could have bought a DVD for that much!
