sexy pretty

this morning, matt called and told me we were going to get manicures. i've never had a manicure before, so i was excited to try something new, but also nervous, because my hands are often mistaken for a male blacksmith's who works as a mechanic on the weekend.

regardless, we went to get pampered. after we arrived, i learned that it was a mani/pedi. i probably would have shaved my legs if i would have known that beforehand. oops. sorry loc. (loc was the talented asian man who took away my mani/pedi v-card)

loc explained, "if you want, i can hand-paint a flower on your big toes...make them look real sexy pretty." something like that. i don't remember his exact words...but once i heard "sexy pretty" i was sold.

so, how do you think it looks? sexy pretty?

thanks matt for taking me. thanks todd for sacrificing your gift certificate for my use. thanks loc for making me feel sexy pretty...even though i'm pretty sure the stubble on my calves exfoliated your hands during the massage portion of the pedi. sorry.

I've only had 2 pedi's in my life. Near the end of this last pregnancy I was very tempted to go in. Mainly because I couldn't see my toes, so they were getting neglected.
