i know, this is the coolest thing...ever. this is my special find from the local lumber yard. it was sitting in a pile of discarded materials from the high school gym renovation when i saw it. i was actually at the lumber yard looking for an old door, but this caught my eye and i bought it instead. it was a nasty peach-ish brown color, but with my handy dandy spray paint i was able to create the masterpiece you see here. it is in my laundry/mud/computer room and it is one of my very favorite things. i don't have much for people to be jealous of, but this, i believe, is something. now, don't try to sneak into my house and steal it, it is bolted to the wall very securely and it is attached to an alarm that will activate an explosive if it's tampered with. you can come admire it any time you want to, though.

Okay I'm so jealous of you right now. Why can't I find things like that. I usually spend way too much money and they NEVER look that cute. Can you come and recorate for me?

P.S. Did you take a "before" pic?
I didn't take a before picture, but I didn't paint the bottoms of the drawers, so the original paint is still visible in person. I'm generally pretty good about before shots, but for some reason I missed this one.
Hey Danelle...no Lisa and I didn't get our dogs from the same source. I got mine from my sister in law in Utah and she got hers in Michigan. They do look a lot alike though huh! They are actually both 1/2 maltese but mine is 1/2 shi-tzu and her's is 1/2 Poodle (I think)
