i just traveled close to 300 miles north to my new home. i am safe and sound and to all the people who doubted the capabilities of my little, red 1985 toyota celica i have only 4 words: I love my celica! i LOVE my celica! i love MY celica! i love my CELICA! I LOVE MY CELICA! well, that may technically be 20 words, but still. my mom followed me up...just in case...and feff gave my mom's new honda accord a run for it's money. i am so excited.
so anyway, i am here. i will try to email my new address and phone number and such info to those of you who may care. and tomorrow i will be getting a new camera, and it will be my 100th post, so be sure to check out my blog in the next couple of days for an awesome adventure.
oh, new news on the home front...summer ended up finding me some cool people to rent my house. they are george and barbara (not bush) and they hail from pennsylvania (not 1600 pennsylvania avenue). barbara is working at the new hospital for a few months so they needed a place to crash. they seem like a terrific couple who will take care of my little home. thanks for the hook-up sum. speaking of presidents (sort of) my mom and i almost got ran over by the presidential motorcade on our way up here. they were on their way to meet barack on his tour. in a way, i wish they would have actually slammed into my car when they failed to realize i had applied my breaks to narrowly miss slaughtering a deer on the highway. not that i want feff to get ruined, but i wanted to be like, "hey, you ruined my cash for clunkers car!" and see how long it took them to get me MY money.
i left my baby, maggie, in the loving care of mitchel, hank, chantz and kentucky louisiana. i am super sad, but i know that she will be taken care of and loved while i am busy doing the school thing. she would be so lonely in my new house and she is a definite people puppy. (mitchel, please see if you can email me the photos you took and give mags a big hug from me and don't forget to sing to her. oh she's my baby, oh she's my girl. sniff.)
well, matt's probably sick of me hogging his computer, so i better go. i'm getting a new laptop for school, so i'll be able to keep you all updated on a regular basis. love you all.

Great to hear you made it safe and sound - you are sooo close (well, alot closer, anyway) to us now.
Are you rooming with Matt?
Ella has a skate competition in the SLC area Sept 18-19 you should come and watch her skate, it will make you cry (always does me).
