governmental irony

perhaps the original intent of some government programs was probably to actually help people, but the system has flaws. major flaws. this poster really made sense to me. i can honestly appreciate the aid given to people who need a temporary way to tide themselves over until they are able to support themselves, or for those who are truly unable to help themselves, but i think the system is abused and encouraged to be abused. so, i thought i would share:
