don'tcha know..talkin' 'bout a resolution...sounds like a whisper

okay, so when i get back to my home away from home, which has a faster internet connection, maybe i'll post some pics, but for now, i'm just going to post my top 5 new year's resolutions. read them, or don't...they're more of a reminder for myself.

5: get my snuggie photo posted on pulsipher predilections. (might have to submit a few, to increase my odds.)

4: make my limited budget last for 5 months, then get a summer job. (might have to actually finish the coloring book i started 2 years ago or sell some stuff on e-bay...like my body. hey, if it sells by the pound, i'll be set.)

3: make a healthy meal at home at least twice a week that didn't start out in a box. (the disposability of microwavable meal containers is soooooo appealing to me.)

2: exercise for at least an hour 5 days a week. (wii fit DOES count.)

1: try something new at least once a month. (food, activity, or social event.)

What color of snuggie do you have? I almost went for the zebra striped one, but I live in the desert...it didn't make much sense. If I ever move back to Utah, I will definitely invest in one!

Hey Shay, I don't actually own a Snuggie...but my dad got a royal blue one for Christmas. I think they are ridiculous...basically they are just a backwards robe with an unnatural amount of static cling. My photo shoot was more of a mock than a tribute. Zebra striped, eh? Sounds wild.

Lynz, I wish we went to classes during the summer so that we'd be done sooner.

Kayela, if I had a prize I would give it to you for noting the Tracy Chapman lyrics. Good job!

Those are great resolutions. My resolution was to not yell at my kids and I blew it the first day. Oh well. There's always next year right?

We played wii fit for new years at a friends house. Seeing others with the game makes me want one even more. What is happening March 3?
Good resolutions. I resolve to limit my intake of MSG's and trans fats. I figure it will elimnate many of the foods that i eat when I should eat something healthy. Chocolate lacks both! yeah!

Evidently Brien was checking out your blog without me first telling him about it.

I was going to tell you that the Wii Fit made Brien decide that getting a Wii would be okay. I've wanted one for a while, but it's hard to justify when your hubby has $1400 in truck repairs over two weeks. Maybe we'll get it next year at an after Thanksgiving sale.

Love your resolutions. I'm not brave enough to post them on-line, I'm just happy they're on the back of my bedroom door.
