how to avoid cleaning, like a pro

i just finished taking a test, i have the whole evening ahead of me with nothing great planned. i should go to the basketball game to watch my nieces perform during halftime (is it called halftime in basketball? that's how badly i know this sport) but instead of being a supportive auntie, i am going to spend the night figuring out ways to avoid cleaning my house. someday when i'm rich, i will hire a housecleaner...and a masseur, but that has nothing to do with this post. anyway, to avoid this

i have already been shopping at the local "mall", it is definitely the hot spot for all your wants and needs.

no, that's not my hot, red car...sadly, that one is better than mine. after i spent too much money, yet not enough time at good old family dollar, i went home and spent time avoiding cleaning by trying on all the new chapsticks and lipglosses i got for Christmas...i got a lot of them. this one is my ultimate favorite and winner of the official contest i held earlier today.

and now, i think i will go make some cookies. that will not help with the mess, but it will help me feel better about the mess. and of course, if i make some cookies i will have to go deliver them to my friends and family, so then i won't be here in this dirty house feeling guilty about not cleaning it. great idea. tasty, too.
