well, i was able to hitch a ride home for u.e.a. (without the use of facebook! so there, brenda!) and it was so much fun. maggie seemed to remember me just fine. my nieces and nephew are all growing up so much and it's only been a month and a half since i've seen them. chantz looked so healthy! well, relatively speaking. he's one of the few people i know who get praised for GAINING weight. it was so good to see them all.
it was actually a pretty laid back, easy going weekend, but on the ride home i was wishing that i had a day or two to recuperate from my vacation. well, my wish was sort of granted, in the BEST sort of way. when i got to school today, my favorite teacher walked into our classroom and wrote on the board that my least favorite teacher was sick and so we wouldn't be having her class today. WOO-freaking-HOO! i was so happy. now i can go home early and get some laundry thrown into the washer before i head out to do a workplace assessment for a homework assignment.
faye is going to stop by while i am doing laundry. mama june sent up a bunch of garden goodies for me to share with faye and her family. mmm. mmm. good.
this week is my first anatomy practical test. that's the one where i will only be wearing a sports bra and shorts. i think the room we'll be in has windows if any of you want to stop by for a peak.

it is kines that your are striping down for or actual anatomy? We have to dress like that often, it sucks for all except the professional weight lifter... good luck! it is my midterms also....back to the books
